  • Items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for exchange.
  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for jewelry.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached.

3. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange.
  • Our Customer Support team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Exchange Process

Once your exchange request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Exchange Options: You can exchange for the same item in a different size or for a different product of the same price.

Damage: While we take great care to perform rigorous quality checks before dispatching your orders, we understand that occasional issues may arise. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we kindly request that you inspect your order upon delivery. In the event of any such issues, please contact us immediately. Your prompt communication will allow us to promptly evaluate the situation and take the necessary steps to rectify it. To assist us in this process, we kindly ask that you provide photographs of the damaged or defective item when reaching out to us.
